Heart for Basketball, Summer Camp

My boys are members of www.swflbasketball.com and they were invited to attend a summer camp to learn more about the art of shooting the correct way.  This summer camp is a four day camp put on by FGCU Coach Enfield.  The exciting thing is that Coach Enfield has worked with hundreds of NBA players and is sharing his expertise with our kids.  Both my boys have a heart for basketball and I'm proud to be watching them enjoy the sport.

July Heartbeat Magazine Cover Design for Wordless Wednesday

Ella made the cutest cover girl for this months edition of Heartbeat Connection Magazine.  I had to choose from a few layouts and then settled on this one because it was so bright and fun.  The magazine is all about the Art of Living with Heart.  In this issue we have featured Moms with Heart, Heart of Fashion, Why Dance, and so much more.

Disney World is always on my mind, Wordless Wednesday

I'm enjoying working on the finishing touches to the latest issue of the Heartbeat Magazine, but I thought I'd take a break and share a post for Wordless Wednesdays.  I've lived in Florida for many years and love visiting the funnest place on earth, at least that is what my kids say when we go to Disney World.  We save up our money and have made several visits over the years.  The fun thing about Disney is that they have classic stories that are wonderful to revisit every time we go, they also update the theme park routinely so it's a true adventure.  I'm looking forward to the new additions to Disney Worlds main theme park coming this summer.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Disney World.

Sky and Sunset Love Wordless Wednesday

I really LOVE skyscapes and sunsets. Here are a few of my favorites I've taken throughout the year.

This one is of my daughter making a cute Heart shape with a view of our sunset.

Sometimes I get inspiration from a site called Instagram and made my LOVE photo using the DoodleBuddy App to add the letters to the picture.

The other day I saw a beautiful heart shaped landscape photo and had to try my own, I used a leftover box for my heart frame.

The last picture was taken yesterday with our bright orange sunset in our neighborhood.  This frame I made with a sheet of art paper then added a dark frame filter from Instagram.

My daughter asked me to paint her nails and we searched for a fun design online.  There are some really nice ones if you look under fourth of July nail art in a google search.  One of our favorite designs we found on The Crafty Ninja...

We chose the nail design on the right as my daughter has tiny nails.  She was happy with the results.
